Yo guys! I have been lately a fan of hummus. The first time I tried it, was at a restaurant. I found the taste and the consistency very interesting. So I decided to make hummus by myself.
You can use more spices such as herbs, garlic, etc. I am not a fan of the garlic taste so I skipped it.
Here is my twist on the recipe:
Ingredients:
- 250 g Chickpeas (cooked)
- 1 tbsp Tahini
- 1-2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Cummin
- 2-3 tbsp Water
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- Optional: 2-3 garlic fed, bell pepper spice, etc.
The first thing I do is adding the chickpeas into my smoothie blender. Then I add the rest of the ingredients and blend it together!
Well, this was easy and here you go.
